Here's some tips:
Start small with regular dental check ups. Keep those appointments for your 3,4, or 6 months re-care visits for the year. (A bonus - our hygienists love to see you)
Invest in a new toothbrush or fresh new dental toothbrush heads. Change them regularly to get the maximum cleaning power.
Set up a time every day to floss. Sometimes you are just too tired to floss at bedtime. Instead make a plan to floss during the evening news or your favorite veg out TV show. Leave the floss by the remote!!
Make a plan to get that dental work done.
